Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a human resources role focused on Learning & Development.
• 2+ years managing projects with a high level of detail.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System; Absorb LMS is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Learning & Development certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer internal L&D programs and LMS content; provide customer service to LMS users.
• Curate training curricula from internal and external resources to support strategic priorities.
• Develop external professional development opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide data analytics and reporting on L&D initiatives; stay current on trends.
