Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with experience in training design and delivery.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Proficiency with web tools, authoring tools, e-learning tech, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with Articulate and content development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training content including e-learning and instructor-led modules.
• Maintain and enhance training materials reflecting policy/regulatory updates.
• Administer LMS, ensure accurate progress tracking and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training, covering leadership, compliance, and technical skills.
