Job summary

Black Hills FCU is seeking an Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and deliver training initiatives for tellers, lenders, member service representatives, and support staff. The role involves creating in-person, online, and blended learning experiences across topics such as lending, member service, culture, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year college-level education, strong communication skills, and experience in training design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult education principles and curriculum development.
• Experience or training/teaching preferred.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured continuing education programs for staff.
• Create in-person, self-paced, virtual, and e-learning courses on various topics.
• Collaborate with Learning & Performance to plan training sessions and broadcast recordings.
• Produce training manuals, handouts, procedures, and online resources.
• Support career development and staff advancement programs.
