Job summary

LEMOINE in Lafayette, LA seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee growth and organizational performance through instructional design, digital content, and training facilitation.

You will develop programs, manage LMS, and create e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite, while facilitating virtual or in-person sessions and ensuring compliance training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, ID, or related field.
• Experience creating and delivering digital learning content and instructor-led training.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments with business leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Develop digital and instructor-led programs aligned with business goals.
• Create online content and blended learning solutions.
• Administer and optimize the LMS, learning paths, certifications, and reporting.
• Deliver virtual, instructor‑led, and blended learning sessions.
• Ensure compliance, regulatory, and safety training is tracked and reported.
