Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Corporate Trainer to develop employee knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization.

You will coordinate training programs, deliver onboarding and ongoing learning, and partner with leadership to implement effective training solutions. The role requires collaboration with the Training Manager and Learning Content Specialist, maintaining training records, and staying current with product knowledge and systems to measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching, communication or related field.
• At least four years of relevant professional level training experience.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to groups.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, facilitation, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual English/French/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Training Manager in coordinating and delivering training to Team Members.
• Support Learning Content Specialist to develop, edit, and maintain training materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records.
• Maintain knowledge of products and company systems to ensure effective training.
• Collaborate with others to identify and resolve training-related problems.
• Adhere to company values and work schedule.
