Qualifications

• 5–7 years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning modules and structured learning paths.
• Create storyboards and simulations to enhance training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics.
