• Qualification in instructional design, learning science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shape learning design across the Institutional Solutions portfolio with consistent standards.
• Own governance and QA to ensure coherent, engaging learning experiences.
• Design and develop digital and live learning products using evidence-based principles.
• Facilitate instructor-led learning including workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and tech partners to translate content into engaging learning.
