Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a data-focused professional to organize and maintain learner data across the Academic Affairs lifecycle. You will collaborate with academic institutions, technology teams, and health-system leaders to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and streamlined processes.

You will manage rosters, enforce access controls, and drive data quality improvements while exploring AI-enabled tools to enhance collection and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing data-related projects involving systems thinking, research, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate learner data throughout the academic lifecycle.
• Partner with affiliated schools and academic programs to collect required learner information and meet critical deadlines.
• Maintain real-time learner rosters and ensure learners have appropriate access based on roles and rotations.
• Organize, standardize, and improve data collection processes across Academic Affairs.
• Use data management and analytical tools to extract, organize, validate, and analyze information.
• Maintain academic affiliation agreements, expiration dates, rotation sites, and contracted learner information.
