Kelly is seeking a Learning Content Developer in Davenport, IA to design training curricula and performance materials for complex products and processes. You will gather content from multiple stakeholders, coordinate with departments, and guide materials to delivery teams.

This role emphasizes hands-on curriculum development, collaboration, and mentoring others to drive impact. The position is a 1-year contract with a $45.00/hour pay rate, onsite in Davenport with possible overtime.

Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, OT hours may be required.

What’s a typical day as Learning Content Developer? You’ll be:

• Developing training curriculum and performance improvement materials for complex products, processes, and systems
• Collecting and organizing content from various stakeholders, collaborating across departments
• Facilitating the transition of developed materials to delivery teams
• Project managing the creation and implementation of short-term and long-term training plans
• Directing vendors in the development of training materials
• Applying effective curriculum development processes to address performance gaps
• Assisting in marketing efforts for performance improvement materials
• Mentoring less experienced curriculum developers

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning content creation
