Mykelly is seeking a Learning Content Developer for a premier manufacturing client in Davenport, IA. This 1-year contract role offers exposure to complex products and processes, with a focus on developing training materials and coordinating across departments.

You will mentor junior developers, manage short- and long-term training plans, and collaborate with SMEs to close performance gaps. The position requires onsite work with potential overtime and no visa sponsorship.

Pay Rate: $45.00/hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, OT hours may be required
