This role emphasizes hands-on curriculum development, collaboration, and mentoring others to drive impact. The position is a 1-year contract with a $45.00/hour pay rate, onsite in Davenport with possible overtime.

Formación

• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning content creation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Able to work onsite; visa sponsorship not available.
• Capable of independent work from project initiation to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Develop training curriculum and performance materials for complex products, processes, and systems.
• Collect content from stakeholders and coordinate across departments.

• Direct vendors in training material development.
