Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist who turns complex information into clear, engaging content across healthcare programs.

You will translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences, own the content-production workstream, and collaborate with subject matter experts, program leaders, and governance partners to deliver courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, and simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple content-workstreams and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.
• Partner with SMEs, program leaders, and governance resources.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Apply brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams and monitor milestones.
• Review content and implement improvements based on feedback and measurement requirements.
