Qualifications

• Must have a work study award as part of financial aid.
• Undergraduate students must be registered in at least six Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate graduate must be registered in at least four Fall/Spring units.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and directs to the appropriate department.
• Assists with filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
• Answers phones and emails; routes inquiries to staff.
• Supports front desk operations and outreach events.
• Develops marketing materials and social media connections.
• Schedules appointments using StanTutor.
• Monitors questions from students, staff, faculty, and guests.
• Participates in marketing and outreach activities.
