Vincennes University is seeking a part-time Learning Coach for the Early College program at Area 31 (Ben Davis High School) in Indianapolis. The role provides one-on-one or small group academic support, working with faculty and partners to monitor student progress.
The position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor’s degree. Strong communication, organization, and familiarity with LMS are essential; about 20% administrative duties are included.

The Learning Coach is a part-time position integrated into the Early College program at Area 31 (located at Ben Davis High School). The coach provides one-on-one or small group academic support to Early College students who are struggling with course material, working closely with faculty and partners to monitor and improve student academic progress.
This is a part-time, hourly position and is not benefit eligible.
Normal physical demands for successful work in a normal office environment. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to utilize hands for general office work including typing, filing, answering telephones, and writing. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions which might include but are not limited to remaining stationary for long periods, occasional movement throughout the department, and occasional transport of objects weighing less than 10 pounds. This position requires the ability to observe and analyze details at close range and communicate to exchange accurate information with others.
