• Experience creating and maintaining training materials and documentation.
• Ability to develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Experience coordinating training programs and onboarding for employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Learning Center and knowledge management platform.
• Develop, edit, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Meet with department leaders to document knowledge and best practices.
• Create onboarding programs and learning paths for new employees.
• Develop training materials, including guides, presentations, videos, quizzes, and references.
• Assign and monitor employee training and maintain training records.
• Follow up with employees to ensure retention of material.
• Review and update training content to reflect improvements.
• Assist departments with documenting new procedures and updates.
• Collaborate with Steering Committee on implementation progress.
• Monitor training completion and provide leadership with competency reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
