Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to edit and proofread.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to learn and use knowledge management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Gainey's Learning Center and knowledge management platform.
• Develop, edit, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Meet with department leaders and SMEs to document knowledge and best practices.
• Create onboarding programs and learning paths for new employees.
• Develop training materials, including guides, presentations, videos, quizzes, and reference documents.
• Assign and monitor employee training and maintain training records.
• Follow up with employees to ensure retention of material.
• Review and update training content to reflect improvements and changes.
• Collaborate with department managers to update documentation.
• Coordinate with Steering Committee to progress implementation.
• Provide reports on training completion to leadership.
