Job summary

NEOMED's Admissions Communications Coordinator will design and deliver recruitment content across email, SMS, outbound calls, and print materials using the CRM. You will manage outreach for prospective students and applicants, maintain the applicant portal, and coordinate lead-generation forms.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, collaboration with campus partners, monitoring content performance, and providing reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a student-facing college or university admission or academic office to understand higher education enrollment workflows.
• Knowledge of email & SMS marketing best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Learn, configure, manage, and administer the prospective student CRM and related digital communications efforts, including email, SMS, and outbound calling campaigns.
• Procure, manage, and analyze prospective student databases and lists.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects from a variety of stakeholders.
• Exhibit attention to detail and produce high-quality communication campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
