Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Learning Center. You will support planning, execution, and evaluation of university programs, managing logistics, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking budgets, collecting data, and preparing reports. The role collaborates with program managers and partners to assess outcomes and drive improvements, while assisting with exam proctoring in Testing

Qualifications

• High School diploma with two years of college coursework or equivalent.
• Three years related work experience in an administrative/department coordinator role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program planning, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day implementation and progress of programs.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, agendas, and budgeting.
• Develop systems for data collection and reporting on program outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners to identify improvements and expansion opportunities.
