Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University’s Learning Center seeks a Program Coordinator to manage programs, logistics, budgets, and evaluation in a collaborative academic setting. You will support planning, development, and implementation while coordinating with program managers and stakeholders.

This role involves day-to-day execution, data collection/ reporting, and exam proctoring support for the Testing Services Office in a team-oriented environment. Hybrid work option applies after six months.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework or an associate degree (or equivalent experience).
• Three years of related work experience in an administrative/department coordinator role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and evaluation of university programs.
• Manage program operations: logistics, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and outcome assessment.
