Job summary

College Now is seeking a Site Coordinator for Access Programs and Services in Cleveland, OH. The role is part-time, non-exempt, with 12–20 hours weekly, mainly afternoons, and some remote planning hours.

Hybrid work rotates between program sites and remote work, reporting to the Manager of Access Programs and Services. The position focuses on coordinating comprehensive programming for federally funded initiatives, guiding students in grades 6–12, and ensuring compliance and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or working toward a post-secondary degree.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team with a collaborative focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience coordinating programs and handling data input and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual services to students at assigned schools or sites.
• Advise on college entrance exams and test prep resources; assist with registrations and waivers.
• Assist with FAFSA/CSS Profile and financial aid processes.
• Plan campus trips to expose students to colleges and employers; act as chaperone.
• Maintain accurate data in student information databases; ensure confidentiality.
