Northeast State Community College seeks a The Learning Center (TLC) Coordinator to oversee administrative operations and tutoring services across campus and online environments.

Reporting to the Director of Learning Support, you will recruit and supervise tutors, schedule availability, manage the Brightspace/D2L platform, and evaluate program outcomes to drive improvements in student success.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Education or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year in a management/supervisory position.
• Minimum of two years of higher education experience in academic support, tutoring, student success, or related area.

• Lead administrative operations for The Learning Center across in-person and remote learning environments.
• Recruit, train and supervise TLC Tutors.
• Develop and maintain tutor availability schedules across multiple campuses and modalities.
