Job summary

Northeast State Community College is seeking a TLC Coordinator to oversee administrative operations and tutoring services across campus and online. You will assess tutoring needs, train tutors, and manage schedules while ensuring high-quality services and alignment with curriculum.

Responsibilities include evaluating program outcomes, reporting data-driven recommendations to leadership, and coordinating with faculty to support student success across modalities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a management/supervisory role.
• Minimum 2 years in higher education student success or tutoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative operations for The Learning Center across in-person and remote environments.
• Employ, train and supervise TLC Tutors.
• Develop, distribute, and maintain tutor availability schedules across multiple campuses and modalities.
• Oversee and manage the college’s online tutoring platform.
• Develop and maintain academic support resources within Brightspace/D2L.
• Ensure high-quality tutoring standards across all modalities.
