Think Zone is seeking a full-time Learning Center Manager at our Fremont, CA location to lead daily operations, scheduling, and classroom execution with HQ support. You’ll foster family trust and ensure high student learning experiences as the center grows.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and in-person availability in the Bay Area. You’ll build a collaborative team, drive outreach, and partner with our Growth Team to hit center targets while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work.
• Strong communication skills expected.
• Experience in education, operations, or leadership is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Build relationships with families and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor student learning progress and track feedback.
• Recruit and train tutors with HQ support.
• Collaborate with HQ teams to drive center growth.
