Job summary

Think Zone, a Bay Area learning center, is seeking a Learning Center Manager to lead operations, customer experience, and people management. You will work hands‑on with students, families, tutors, and HQ teams to build a thriving center in Fremont.

Ideal candidates are recent grads or early-career professionals with a proactive mindset who want to develop leadership skills and grow into future senior roles within Think Zone. In‑person, full‑time work in the Bay Area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No previous management experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for full-time, in-person work.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Experience in education, tutoring, customer service, retail, or team leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to operate and grow a successful learning center.
• Coordinate center operations, schedules, tutors, students, and activities.
• Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners.
• Support prospective families from trial to enrollment.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to grow the center.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach tutors with HQ guidance.
