Job summary

Think Zone is looking for a Learning Center Manager to launch and grow a Bay Area learning center in Fremont. This full-time, in-person role blends operations leadership with community outreach, enrollment growth, and staff development.

You will drive center growth, oversee daily operations, recruit and coach tutors, and collaborate with HQ on curriculum and training. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Mandarin is a plus; located in the Bay Area for in-person work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for full-time in-person work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in education, operations, customer service, sales, marketing, or team leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Center Growth & Community Development: research the local community, drive enrollment, increase brand awareness, convert trials into enrollments, partner with Growth Team.
• Center Ownership & Operations: lead day-to-day operations, ensure scheduling and customer experience, maintain parent satisfaction and retention.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, and coach tutors; build a positive center culture; ensure quality through feedback and oversight.
• System Building & Collaboration: support new operational systems and collaborate with curriculum, operations, marketing, and training HQ teams.
