Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations and scheduling.
• Manage tutors, classrooms, and learning resources.
• Grow center through local partnerships and community events.
• Recruit, train, and coach tutors with HQ guidance.
• Represent Think Zone in the local community and ensure a positive student/family experience.
