Job summary

Think Zone is seeking a Learning Center Manager to lead the daily operations, growth, and family experience at a Fremont learning center. This in-person, full-time role combines operations, customer success, outreach, and team leadership, collaborating with students, families, tutors, and HQ to scale a high-impact education center.

You’ll drive student progress, manage center resources, and support trials converting to enrollments, while building management and business skills for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and support tutors with HQ guidance.
• Grow local partnerships and community engagement to drive enrollments.
