Job summary

Think Zone is seeking a Learning Center Manager in the Bay Area for a full-time, in-person role. You will lead daily center operations, drive enrollment growth, and ensure an excellent family experience. You will work with families, tutors, and HQ to scale an education center with a hands-on leadership style.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, process discipline, and proactive problem-solving, with a path toward larger operations leadership as the center grows.

Qualifications

• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work.
• Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students and families and monitor progress.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the student journey.
• Manage daily center operations and scheduling; coordinate tutors and classrooms.
• Promote growth through local marketing events and school partnerships.
• Convert trial students into enrollments and represent Think Zone locally.
• Recruit, train, and support tutors; provide coaching and feedback; foster a positive team culture.
