Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center in the Bay Area is seeking a motivated Learning Center Manager to launch and grow a center in Fremont. This full-time, in-person role combines operations, community outreach, and student enrollment initiatives.

You will lead day-to-day center operations, recruit and coach tutors, build relationships with local schools and families, and drive long-term growth while delivering a high-quality math education experience for K–8 students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for full-time in-person work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in education, operations, customer service, sales, marketing, or team leadership is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research local community and school landscape to inform strategy.
• Drive student enrollment through outreach and events.
• Develop ideas to increase brand awareness and student acquisition.
• Convert trial students into long-term enrollments via relationships.
• Partner with Growth Team to hit center-growth goals.
• Lead day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Maintain high parent satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor student progress and gather feedback.
• Recruit, train, and coach tutors with HQ support.
• Build a positive, high-energy center culture.
• Maintain teaching and service quality.
• Support new operational systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HQ teams.
