Job summary

HighRadius is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to design and deliver learning solutions that build internal product capability and enable talent readiness. You will plan strategically, design instruction, manage LMS/LXP, facilitate, engage stakeholders, and measure learning impact using analytics.

You will lead enrollment on the open learning calendar and craft personalized learning paths aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional services experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes).
• Location: Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
• Engage with Leaders, Managers and ICs to understand learning needs and map to business metrics.
• Lead enrollment on open learning calendar and management development programs and other L&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning journeys for resources.
• Create structured learning journeys, microlearning modules, and blended learning experiences.
