Position: Learning and Talent Development Coordinator
Reports to: Manager, Learning and Talent Development
Location: Columbus, Ohio (headquarters) with regular onsite support at Advanced Logistics Facility (ALF) in Gahanna, Ohio for onboarding support.
Pay Range: $25 – $32 per hour (compensation package varies by factors).
We are looking for a proactive tech‑savvy Bilingual Learning and Talent Development Coordinator to take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), facilitate onboarding, and coordinate professional development across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the LMS, including user accounts, course enrollments, content uploads, and reporting.
- Monitor LMS usage, generate analytics reports, and recommend improvements to enhance the learner experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for LMS support and ensure training records are accurate for compliance and tracking.
- Coordinate and publish digital and in‑person training programs in partnership with internal teams, managing logistics such as room setup, materials, and meal orders as needed.
- Facilitate onboarding and professional development sessions (virtual or in‑person), using pre‑packaged content and providing Spanish/English translation support when needed.
- Manage scheduling, registration, and participant communication before, during, and after sessions.
- Maintain training completions and certification records for compliance and internal tracking.
- Gather participant feedback and support learning initiatives that align with business goals.

Your Expertise
- Required: At least 2 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle, or similar).
- Required: Experience coordinating or delivering professional development or training sessions.
- Required: Bilingual in Spanish/English; fluent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
- Bonus: Experience with LMS analytics, reporting dashboards, and SCORM/xAPI content.
- Bonus: Experience in corporate training, Human Resources, education, or IT support.
