Batesville is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to shape and execute Batesville's enterprise-wide L&D vision across 3,000 associates in sales, manufacturing, logistics and corporate functions. The Manager, Learning and Development creates and executes Batesville's enterprise-wide Learning & Development vision, building leadership, technical, compliance, and sales training programs for the organization's approximately 3,000 associates across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and functional leaders to align learning priorities with business needs, and owns the LMS, training vendor relationships, and measurement of learning program effectiveness.

The expected base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
Develop and execute Batesville's enterprise-wide Learning and Development strategy and multi-year roadmap in alignment with business priorities and workforce needs across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions.
Design and deliver leadership development, management training, and career development programs that build bench strength and support succession planning across the organization.
Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and build technical, safety, and compliance training programs for hourly and salaried associates.
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and execute effective sales training programs for all levels of sales associates, from onboarding through advanced consultative selling and product/portfolio training.
Own the learning management system (LMS) strategy, including content curation, course catalog management, completion tracking, and reporting on learning effectiveness.
Design and facilitate onboarding and new-hire training programs to accelerate time-to-productivity and reinforce the Batesville Operating System.
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and content providers to supplement internal L&D capabilities.
Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of learning programs on engagement, retention, and performance.
Manage the L&D budget and collaborate with the HR Leadership Team to ensure learning initiatives support broader talent management and workforce planning strategies.
