Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Technology Trainer to deliver and coordinate training for attorneys and staff, including onboarding, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions. You will assess user needs, develop training materials, support software rollouts and upgrades, and partner with office leadership and Global Services to ensure high-quality service across the firm.

The role requires translating technical concepts into practical workflows, excellent communication and presentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical training in a corporate or legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, iManage, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS/macOS.
• Familiarity with legal applications such as Litera.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia or Captivate.

• Assess user needs, develop training materials and programs, and support software rollouts, upgrades, regression testing, and firm-wide technology initiatives.
• Partner with office leadership, Global Services, and Support teams to identify training needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of service across the office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical training in a corporate or legal environment; legal industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, iManage, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS/macOS; familiarity with legal applications such as Litera is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users ranging from beginners to advanced users.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical training/experience; experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia or Captivate and applications such as Aderant, InterAction, or Foundation is a plus.
