Job summary

MMC Online seeks a dedicated student services advisor for online programs across Healthcare, Business, IT, and Education. You will support students from enrollment through graduation, focusing on academic success and retention.

As the primary relationship owner, you will advise on academic policies, online learning strategies, and available resources, while monitoring engagement to identify at-risk students and implement retention plans to boost persistence and graduation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in online student services, academic advising, or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fully remote work within the United States.
