Leap seeks a Store Manager in Soho to lead a boutique using our Leap Platform from November through January 2027. You will drive daily performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach a high-performing team while upholding brand standards across operations.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial thinking, partnership-building, and market initiatives to grow the local business and elevate guest experiences.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
