Job summary

Leap is seeking a Store Manager to lead a three-month pop-up boutique in New York from November 2026 through January 2027. You will oversee daily store performance, coach a high-performing team, and deliver elevated customer experiences while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on brand standards, local partnerships, and cross-store collaboration to support Leap’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Strong business acumen with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own daily boutique performance, driving sales and profitability.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire selling behaviors.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build brand presence through local partnerships and activations.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising, inventory, and operations.
