Job summary

Leap is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for its SoHo boutique powered by the Leap Platform. You will work with the Store Leader to drive sales, enhance client interactions, and build a connected local community.

You will mentor teammates, assist with hiring, and ensure operational excellence including visuals, cleanliness, and inventory control. Flexibility to cover shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Apparel expertise with experience in swim or intimates and delivering elevated client experiences.
• Leadership experience in retail, developing teams and store culture.
• Operational excellence in scheduling, payroll accuracy, merchandising, inventory and shipments.
• Able to meet flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive traffic and engagement through local market insights and collaborations.
• Support strategies to boost sales and customer experience in-store.
• Lead hiring and onboarding, mentor team for trust and consistency.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, cleanliness, inventory, and shipment processing.
• Collaborate with other Leap-powered stores and events.
