Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple locations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap using Lean principles.
• Optimize material flow, stock locations, and space utilization to reduce costs.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff and establish safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
