Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily DC operations in our Rensselaer, IN facility, targeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.

You will manage shifts, budgets, Lean initiatives, and develop supervisors, collaborating with EHS, Quality and engineering to optimize performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Leadership, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Six plus years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the DC to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Manage shift operations including receiving, putaway, replenishing and picking.
• Develop budgets and monitor Lean initiatives.
• Coach supervisors and develop staff plans and scheduling.
