Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate forklifts and manage material flows in our Greeneville, Tennessee facility. You will load/unload trailers, perform rack checks, and coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Certification for forklifts may be required or provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic computer use and data entry.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Forklift certification may be required or provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload trailers and ensure secure stacking.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and perform rack checks.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and location audits.
• Document material movements using scanners or logs.
• Support front dock shipping/receiving during peak periods.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for timely material delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow 6S principles.
• Report unsafe conditions or discrepancies to supervision.
