Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow across multiple locations. The role emphasizes Lean initiatives, cost reduction, and inventory accuracy, with an onsite schedule at Greeneville, TN.

The candidate should have 5+ years of warehouse/ logistics leadership experience, strong analytics, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement within a team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or similar business systems.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, order picking, material handling, and inventory activities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Coach and develop warehouse team members; set safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and accountability expectations.
• Use KPI performance to identify issues, assign actions, elevate barriers, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate shipping priorities, transportation methods, and schedules with vendors and internal partners.
• Ensure on-time picking, packing, documentation, and shipping of outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and provide reliable inventory visibility.
• Lead physical inventory and cycle counts and drive improvements to increase accuracy.
