You will manage material handlers, coordinate forklift activity, and ensure compliance with safety policies while maintaining inventory integrity. The role requires experience with SAP WM, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train and develop team members.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate teams in high-volume work environments.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, tuggers).
• Experience with SAP WM and MS Office applications.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to do what is needed.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work at heights with safety gear.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety policies.
• Lead daily start up meetings and communicate goals.
• Ensure production output meets targets and policy guidelines.
• Coordinate manpower during absences and vacations.
• Interpret specs to material handlers and assign duties.
• Promote teamwork and mentor/develop staff through cross-training.
• Implement 6S and maintain inventory integrity in SAP WM.
• Operate forklift as needed and support loading/unloading.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to improve efficiency.
