Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a Supervisory or Management position.
• 3–5 years in Continuous Improvement with Six Sigma certification.
• 3–5 years in Quality with strong Project Management skills.
• Aerospace experience preferred if no Quality background.
• Safety-minded with ability to lead high‑volume manufacturing operations.

Aufgaben

• Direct and coordinate plant operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee data reporting for day‑to‑day activities.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on lean principles, efficiency, and cost reductions.
• Ensure daily production planning, robust preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency.
