Qualifications

• Strong reading and writing skills; able to interpret numbers.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily shift change meetings for labor/capacity planning.
• Participate in customer calls.
• Monitor and analyze workload demands.
• Maintain a safe work environment and engage in the safety program.
• Lead continuous improvement teams using Lean tools.
• Forecast and schedule labor to meet customer needs.
• Train and mentor Shift Supervisors.
• Work on-call rotating schedule.
