Job summary

Warehouse-Specialists,-LLC-2 is seeking a Fulfillment Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily operations in our California fulfillment center. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Facility Manager and oversees labor planning, safety, and KPI performance to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of warehousing experience, proficiency with WMS/LMS, and a strong Lean background.

Qualifications

• Requires strong LEAN knowledge and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience operating warehouse management systems (WMS/LMS).
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift change meetings for labor and capacity planning.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive cost-effective operations.
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping in the facility.
• Train and mentor Shift Supervisors; work with third-party contractors.
