Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to respond to requests promptly.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce; effectively develop employees, and communicate objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with warehouse tech such as WMS and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance and retention, through coaching and ensuring appropriate employee training.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members, as needed, to ensure staffing levels meet customer demands.
• Successfully execute plans to meet objectives in Safety, Service, Profitability, and Development.
• Partner with internal resources and customers for successful customer account management.
• Manage safety‑related actions and documents, inspections, codes, design layouts, and security procedures.
