Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee multiple project production flows and lead a team in a co-pack/warehouse setting. The role requires quick waste identification, lean mindset, and meeting production goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1 year of related experience, familiarity with Synapse WMS, and MS Office proficiency. English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time position in Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience in co-pack or warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and training warehouse employees.
• Maintain and surpass production goals.
• Monitor beginning to end production of project.
• Responsible for successful flow of production.
• Communicating end of day production to Supervisor.
• Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.
