Job summary

Ruggable is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials and finished goods. You will lead warehouse associates, coordinate inbound and outbound activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 3+ years in warehousing, and experience with WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees welcomed.
• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervision/leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Coordinate dock scheduling and material movement throughout the facility.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to 6S standards.
