Job summary

Parker Hannifin, a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader at our Manitowoc, Wisconsin plant. You will lead plant value streams, implement the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy, drive safety, quality, and cost improvements, and develop a qualified workforce through hands-on coaching and structured problem solving.

You will oversee daily activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual targets and collaborate with the Value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR and inventory control.
• Strong teamwork and teambuilding skills; promote safety and positive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• LEAN teams experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant value streams in daily operations and continuous improvements.
• Oversee associate development and performance assessments.
• Ensure standardized work and safe, 5S compliant processes.
• Facilitate cross-training and coordination with other value streams.
• Develop future state value stream maps and maintain Improvement Boards.
