Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Quality Supervisor for our Santa Ana, CA facility to lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost-control activities. The role drives the Quality inspection function, mentors inspectors, and aligns resources to meet monthly and yearly targets.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a manufacturing quality leadership role; a Six Sigma background and strong communication are essential. The role is onsite in Santa Ana with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in quality supervision in manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: degree in engineering or quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and quality initiatives to meet company standards.
• Direct inspection functions to ensure timely, compliant shipments.
